TO MAKE A RESERVATION
1. Please telephone to confirm availability and make a booking by paying the required deposit by credit card.
2. The reservation deposit is £3.00 per night. The balance of the holiday price shall be paid within 24 hours of
arrival.

Cancellation
a) More than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival – full refund less £10.00 administration charge.
b) Less than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival – loss of deposit.
4. No booking exists until confirmed by OCF.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.
1.Pitches will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival unless agreed otherwise by OCF.
2.Pitches shall be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise by OCF.
3.No arrivals earlier than 3pm or later than 8pm unless specifically agreed with OCF.
4.No departures earlier than 8am unless specifically agreed with OCF.

1. Dogs are accepted on site but not more than 2 per pitch. Dogs must be well behaved, kept on a lead at all times and under
control. Dogs shall be accompanied at all times and never be left alone in the caravan, tent, car, etc. Other pets may be allowed after prior agreement with OCF.
2. All ground sheets shall be of a type that allows the ground under to breathe. No other type i.e. solid PVC will be
permitted.
3. OCF accept no responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, loss or death, however caused, to caravaner or camper,
other members of the party, visitors, pets, personal belongings, any vehicle or caravan or tent or its contents while staying on the site or grounds.
